My poor 12 year old mini foxy terrier developed pancreatitis. On the second day of IV treatment Dr Sue discharged my dog when she should have been euthanised or placed into Palliative care. My dog deteriorated that night and was in severe pain. Dr Sue did not execute a discharge plan for my dog. My dog died in agony and in. Hell thanks to unprofessional treatment administered by vet Dr Sue. Stay away from this vet at all costs.
The receptionist was soooo rude. I was left waiting 2 hrs beyond my appt time and when I went up to ask how far back I was in the queue she said "how am I supposed to know" and walked away. Not a way to talk to someone about to lose a cat.
I have three fur babies and am a frequent flyer at Beach St Vet going on 10 years. The vets and nurses are all wonderful and kind and offer exceptional service. I recently moved to another suburb and continue to bring my pooches to the amazing team here!
Brought in one of my dogs this morning with an insect sting. I cannot overstate how kind and caring the clinic staff and veterinarian Ewan were, from taking us in at short notice on a Sunday when many clinics are not open, to very gently and professionally quickly resolving my dog’s condition. Thank you 🙏🏻
Cannot put into words how grateful I am for the empathetic and caring service provided by Brooke and dr Will helping my cat Kadia cross the rainbow bridge. I am beyond thankful for the services this clinic provided for us during a heartbreaking time.
