Beach south reality will play nice in your face but this company exudes devious behavior. Absolutely rubbed my entire family the wrong way making us all feel very uncomfortable during majority of our experience working with them. Many wrong doings on their behalf that they did not want to own up to. A major red flag was how unprofessional they were for a number of reasons but the one that stood out most was improper communication skills.
