We were assigned to this provider through our insurance, and this is the second time I’ve reached out. Unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing due to the attitude of the front desk staff. Vanessa, in particular, came across as condescending and made it feel as though I was inconveniencing them by calling. 3 new patients that she was okay to let go.
