Mike Derring was hired to do a project at our beach condo. Not only did he not finish the job, but he just ghosted us. He took a majority of the money and did not finish the project. Beware because he is not honest, not responsive and will leave your beach property half finished. So disappointed as we wanted to give someone local our business. Now we are having to do it ourselves.
