Jerked me around for 7 months and never fixed my camper. Took it to RV Connections
We showed up at 4:20 on Friday of Thanksgiving Week and what a kind and compassionate man was working. I think his name is Stephens Mays. It was so refreshing to meet someone who truly believes in customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Beach RV.
We have taken our Motorhome here a few times for service and they have always been honest and direct about what we did and didn't need for our rig. Very friendly and super helpful.
Let me preface this review by saying that I have been an API & AWS certified inspector in the refining/chemical industry for 35 years... I had a few minor issues with my Sierra 391FLRB that needed to be taken care of. The items took 1 month to complete! I was in no hurry... I will list the requests first and below list the results. I have had work done on a 17 rv trailer and most recently they installed the towing bracket and wiring on my jeep gladiator so I can tow it behind my motor home. Both times excellent, and reasonably priced . Superior service. I highly recommend them.
