We rented a house in Jan. 2025 managed by Beach Retreats in Holmes Beach. The house was amazing, clean, well stocked and repaired from the recent hurricanes. We had reserved through VRBO, but Beach Retreats was highly communicative regarding the hurricane recovery situation, and also flexible in the final payment to ensure the property was in adequate condition.
