Recently stayed with my family in a truly beautiful home! The house was perfect for us as everyone had their own room along with a bathroom. We had everything we needed and then some. The management company is top tier and went above and beyond to get us stuff that we ended up running out of. Can NOT recommend them enough for any vacation you may take to AMI. Will be using them in the future. Thank you again for giving us the most magical vacation in one of the most beautiful places!!!
Excellent comfortable home for busy family This duplex is ideal- esp if you rent bikes and enjoy island time instead of having to drive. And being in northern Holmes beach made it so simple to get what we needed from the tackle store, shops and both sides of the island. Walking to Holmes took minutes; biking to the AMI bay side was so good too- the pier is gone, but the island is still beautiful. First time at AMI by John on 07/18/2025 We stayed on AMI for the first time. There were 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 teenage girls. We stayed at Conch Out. We all loved the place. It was super clean everything seemed almost new. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool and cabana were a great place to spend time outside. I highly recommend renting through Beach Retreats! Our stay at the Gulf Shore Retreat in Anna Maria was wonderful. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The rooms were nicely spaced out. The beds were comfortable. It came fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed at Bevin’s Beach House on Anna Maria Island. The house itself was VERY NICE, but Beach Retreats was flat out AWFUL! The day we got there we noticed a bee hive on the upper level. I had contacted Emma that Saturday asking her if she could get a maintenance person out to take it down. She didn’t answer so my wife text her, again no reply.
