DON'T DO IT. Their communication up until they get your money is great...then it all goes downhill. They have no benchmark for what "luxury" is, but advertise their homes as such anyway. So much false advertising and zero accountability. Their office closes at 5:00pm on Saturday, when 4:00 Saturday is checkin for all rentals. Are you kidding me? Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
The Pinnacle - DONT USE beachrealty!!!! They are terrible. Their email was hacked and we were scammed 3,000 dollars. The owner will not call us back, and the customer service when we called to report it to them was heartbreakingly terrible. We just want our money back. We can’t go on vacation now as we may not get the money back. We rented Royal Paradise and couldn’t believe the awful condition of the home! It was in disrepair and filthy. Reached out to them upon arrival and then again at the end of our stay and never received any response. Then they blocked my negative review. We visit twice a year for the last 30 years and will never use them again.
We stayed at the Royal Elite 999 S. Waccamaw Dr. House last week. I would not recommend this house or the reality company Beach Realty to anyone. The house is very outdated and not well kept by the company or owner. There is BLACK MOLD on all of the HVAC vents and smells of musty/mold the second you walk through the door. The steps are a tripping hazard/toe smasher with boards sticking up on each flight. We killed several roaches each day in all locations of the house.
