Once upon a time, the “Beach Pub” was a “Run-A-Way Bill” Favorite hangout ... for 20 years! Today, it not only lost it’s character as a “customer memory bar” (with customer memory plaques on the walls), but also lost it’s great “Been There, Seen It, Done It!” atmosphere by adding ceiling lighting that makes me feel I am in an Apple Store. Hiring young cell-phone toting 20-somethings to replace seasoned customer-service does not help either.
