Recommendedif management is not looking out for you then your neighbor's sure are. this was the best decision to sell my house and move into such a fantastic Community with such thoughtful people. I never have to feel alone, scared or worried ever again!

My husband and I lived at BPD for the past year. Jax has always helped us to address any issues we have had, she is always working to improve the community, and the maintenance person, Gary, is one of the hardest working people I think I've ever met! He was almost always accessible and would come fix any problems we had inside our apartment very quickly. The complex is a really cute community with a nice pool and BBQ area to enjoy. Jax and Gary made my move in special and easy! Love my apartment and the Community! Everyone smiles and waves driving past one another and will stop and say "Hi" if walking past.
June 1 2016 marks my 1st year at B.P Dunes. Jax is an awesome manager who is professional, friendly and, in my experience, looks out for the entire community! Gary, the new maintenance guy, also shows the same work ethic as Jax...a great team indeed! I am filled with gratitude each and every day to be able to live in such a beautiful community!
We absolutely love living in this amazing community. I cannot believe Jax accomplishes all that she does to create this environment. The people are wonderful. Gary our maintenance person is so nice and helpful. I feel so blessed to be apart of it all.
