Cannot sing better praises for this practice, they have always taken care of us and are so kind, prompt, and respectful. I have called for same-day “concern” appointments and they have always been able to squeeze us in immediately for an evaluation. I especially want to highlight Dr. Back and Dr. Laurence for their amazing assessment and care of my girl this week. After trusting their opinion and treating her for diabetes. She almost died... not an exaggeration either. She had to be hospitalized and now has AKI and hepatic lipidosis. Is diabetes free though
I am very disappointed with my experience! Would not recommend at all! I drove over a hour to have my dogs entropion corrected as it was bothering him. Instead, my dog's eye surgery was overcorrected, creating a new problem that now that will eventually need another surgery probably sooner than later. beach pet hospital has always taken amazing care of our animals. we unfortunately had to put one of our dogs down recently, unexpectedly and are so grateful to Dr. Upchurch and her team for their care, compassion and kindness. truly a special place with caring people <3
We were clients of this vet office because our dogs have always seen a specific vet. He recently switched practices, and he is no longer with Beach Pet Hospital. When it was time to schedule my dog's yearly appointment, the front desk told me that my vet had "retired". It sounded fishy...because he isn't that old.
