Today the day before Mother’s Day I was helping my husband and I accidentally sat on his glasses !! Needless to say he was upset ..and the frames were bent!…so I found Beach Optical in Delray on federal highway….arrived here at the store and within minutes,Joel,the owner fixed the glasses…what service!!!! if you go to his shop you will not be disappointed!!!Thank you so much!!!

Prior to Richard selling his practice I was absolutely thrilled with my custom made eye glasses. However, since he sold his practice the new company has been a complete and utter disaster. The so called manager needs a lesson in customer service, and they don’t have a phone in the store! I had to schedule an appointment for an adjustment and when the optometrist adjusted my frames he chipped one of my lenses. The manager gave me my glasses asked how they felt. I said fine. Great optical shop. Victor was great!
Back in June 2025, then owner Richard Bergida. made a custom pair of eyeglasses for me. They have been the most lightweight comfortable frames I have ever worn To the present time, I stop by Beach optical to have my Frame adjusted when I arrived gentleman at the counter, advised me that he was the manager and asked for my name phone number date of birth to which he replied, you’re not in the system I said well I purchased these frames from Richard back in June 2025.
