STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by the superficial look of these apartments like I was. My apartment has now flooded twice (both with enough water damage where the apartment was unlivable). Water was literally pouring out of my kitchen light fixtures and down my walls. Apparently, no (zero) preventative measures were taken after the first flood. RecommendedBeautiful apartment complex, with great amenities. And a wonderful office staff
New office manager, Grinchy Cindy, very inexperienced dealing with the residence. Nothing allowed out front of your apartment door, keep in mind its Christmas time. Had everything removed in a sweep of the building. Renters beware, anxious for my lease to end so I can get out!!!
Amazing staff, amazing community!!! You can't beat the amenities and convenient location, too!
