Told me my uterus was cleared after my ultrasound post miscarriage to then find out a month later from a different office (because my experience was so bad here) that my uterus was not actually cleared and now I have to have surgery. This could have cause extreme health issues considering I did not know that I still have products of my previous pregnancy for a whole MONTH since they told me otherwise. My time here was short and unpleasant which I was surprised due to the good reviews I saw for this place. To start, one of my concerns was the lack of attention and care from the girl who books appointments and hands out the medication to patients. I unfortunately had a miscarriage and she FORGOT my pill to trigger the miscarriage after having me sign paperwork and giving me the bag with my “medication.” How do you forget that?! This office is NOT worth your time or effort. Go somewhere else. Dr Illeck was nice enough but the office staff is TERRIBLE. They are flat-out rude and act as if they’re angry that you're there. No one explains anything to you, and they literally try to ignore you hoping that one of their co-workers will deal with your question (for example, when I asked “where do I check in?”). I also had to call at least 5 times before getting through to the office every time, and they often answered then hung up on me. So many red flags. ... read more

Horrible office staff - they coded wrong on my bloodwork for labcorp. So even though my bloodwork is completely covered by Insurnace …I’ve got a surprise credit card charge from labcorb . My gyno office said labcorp is unwilling to rebill it under the correct code so somehow I’m stuck with this charge . No one at the office is taken responsibility , I requested the office refund me the amount for there mistake and they tried to keep me in circles. Going to report .
