Wonderful owners and great team!
I have a birth defect that causes my hair and nails to be thin. The nail tech with the dirty hair tapped her client and proceeded to laugh at me. This is the worst customer service. What’s sad is the other nail techs were all so nice and friendly. I called to let the owner know as I saw both were there. I left to and called to tell the owner. It was about 5 minute later. The person who answered the phone refused to let me speak to the owners. I can not believe this.
