One star review is due to poor customer service, and dropping a bike off for service with ZERO action after 6 weeks. No calls, no parts ordered, no diagnosis, no explanation, nothing! I used to love this shop and the amazing people who made it special. Now under new ownership, its done for me. I stopped by Beach Moto because a friend mentioned they had changed ownership and were now doing service on motorcycles. Buyers Beware!! I shopped here ONCE in 2011 and have since moved out of Los Angeles. I had years ago unsubscribed from their emailing list which is no longer relevant to me, but now in 2026 these guys are using my personal information to resubscribe me, and then without confirming any email subscription opt-in they somehow get confirmation to begin emailing me promotions again. Wow. Extremely friendly staff who took time to patiently and expertly fit the helmet to my head. Not once did I feel rushed and they answered all of my questions. I’m so happy I made my purchase through here rather than the big box stores. They price match too! I have a helmet that actually fits my head now! Thank you!
