I was able to get an appoint fast compared to other places on the beach as a new patient... I probably know why as I wont go back. I schedule a physical and showed up, 15 mins later I was charged $80 and was told to schedule for the physical at another date. Just a way to collect extra money from their patients. I was disappointed with a line item on my bill it took three calls for me to be able to speak with someone to answer my question without calls back from previous two calls. Highly recommend. Called yesterday with concern for ongoing week long cough and lethargy. Receptionist Rebecca assured me I needed to come in and I’m glad I did. Only a couple people ahead of me at 9 am. Few minutes for paperwork and brief 20 min wait. I was seen by Zoe Sherman, MPH, PA-C who was excellent. Diagnosed with upper and lower Bronchitis. Zoe was very thorough in her exam, explanation and prescriptions. Left with prescriptions for two meds and one for inhaler. Service and care better than my own primary care.
I recently went to beach medical on Monday as a walk-in and I must say I got treated with the up most respect and courtesy. The people are really friendly and kind and they listen to you and helped me find out what was wrong and things I could do to help Better myself. I will be returning in a month. Awesome job people thanks 🙏
