Very unprofessional. Stood in line over 30 minutes (only 5 people in front of us). Had friends walking in and out of the back door and one worker just stood there while the other made the cones very slowly. Disappointed in the service.

I'm very sorry about your poor experience. We are a family owned and run business so we do have friends and family that work off and on throughout the day. We apologize for your wait. We do only have one shaving machine that we use to make all of our products, but if you are willing to give it a second shot your next visit is on us. We hope that in the future we can serve you better.

Such a great place! I didn't realize how much BETTER this shaved ice would be than a snow cone! Cheaper than ice cream and such a fun atmosphere! And the guys that run it are tons of fun and very personable. Definitely worth a visit.

Friends and family oriented hangout with delicious shaved ice! They have live music every month! Love it!
We come here after almost every football practice... The guys that run it are awesome. They even play with my kids when they are not busy. Great family oriented atmosphere!!!
