Beach House Real Estate was very prompt with any request and the company was very easy to work with. You can tell they care about their guests! We stayed at Seashore West, which was a phenomenal house that fit 6 couples comfortably for a week getaway!
The best location and views but that’s where it stops. We will rent this for next year only because of location. Rug in living room must be replaced it’s horrible. There are many other problems with this home but as a renter for a few months we can live with it because of LOCATION
We all loved 9403 Gulf Dr. it was the perfect bed and bath arrangement for our large family.

Excellent! House is beautiful with a spacious pool and outdoor space to accommodate a large gathering. Steps to a beautiful beach with private access. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We were notified and able to enter prior to check in time; house is well stocked with both house and beach attire. Crossing the road to access beach was easy and all cars stopped to let us cross with a large group of kids and adults. Definitely recommend!!!
