Always great service no matter what day it is in any department. Helpful & friendly sales staff and a jam up service department. The ladies in the clothing department are the best ! Love BeachHouse HD and the outstanding staff!

Excellent customer service and great people
I do NOT recommend this business , especially it’s Service Dept, especially when they charged us over 500 dollars for tuning our bike , which was NOT done at all, they ruined an exhaust pipe , didn’t replace a wheel bearing and now they refuse to communicate or refund our money . I will be in contact with corporate if this is not resolved ASAP .
I purchased my 2019 Tri-Glide from Jeff. The entire experience was awesome!!! His expertise and guidance was very valuable. I would strongly recommend going to Beach House when considering purchasing a Harley. You will enjoy the entire process and save money along the way!!
