Wow, what a dump! I’d give this place negative stars if it I could, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve lived here for about three and a half years and I’ve had enough! It wasn’t that bad when I first moved it, and since I couldn’t afford to pay more for anything better I figured it wasn’t worth moving. But this place has gone way downhill since then. On July 30, 2021 I sent a completed application along with a $30 fee. NO ONE has answered me at all. Terrible service, feeling scammed! I am in another state trying to transition to Virginia Beach and this is the 2nd rental property that has taken my money and not a single word since.
Roomy apartment 15 minutes from Norfolk Naval Base. Responsive staff that value residents.
Amazing apartment, lots of space. I have truly enjoyed living here. Staff is the absolute best and the beach is super close by. Would 100% recommend!
