Why was the manager replaced? Because whatever the reason was, it was clearly the wrong decision. Yamileth is completely unresponsive, on site apparently means nowhere to be found. Trying to reach management feels like bothering someone who doesn’t even want to do their job. The decline after the management switch is painfully obvious. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Crazy neglect! Tenants are left to handle everything on their own.
From my understanding, theres a new owner at this site. I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE the on site management at this property is. The "on-site" manager, Yamileth A., is never on site, never answers calls, and when she does — which is extremely rare — she is shockingly rude, dismissive, and hostile. Calling her is a nightmare; you are treated like a burden simply for asking for basic management services. This is the darkest apartment you will ever find, most units have 1 window in the living room and small kitchen window. Even if they both open and door open it’s still really dark. Hello. Current resident since 2019. I am giving this place 1 star because they are very slow at solving issues for their actual residents. I have been having issues with my bathroom and they fixed 2 things in the past year. (Again, I have been here for 5) However, they are quick to fix things up for future residents. Other units have wood floors, cabinets, and stoves.
