No Communication about anything. Pool locked with a new key since new owners took over. We are not able to use it. They cut down all the trees without a notice (most likely to save on cost and to make first floor units feels brighter) $100 for water and trash a month for 1 person is crazy. I am writing this review with a broken heart. The new property management company has had our trees cut down. The things that made this property feel special are being cut down before our eyes. This is being done without the consent of the residents. The people who purchased the property, haven't even had it fot a year and they are already making unnecessary changes that effect yhe residents negatively. Macae Fidelity bought the property. We are not longer managed by Beach Front. The manager, Yamileth, is unreachable. Good luck ever trying to get ahold of her. We spent over a week without trashcans. The washers and dryers are always broken, AND they keep increasing the cost to do laundry. They do things without notice such as re-tarring the parking lots and not warning residents so we all ended up stuck outside the building. Why was the manager replaced? Because whatever the reason was, it was clearly the wrong decision. Yamileth is completely unresponsive, on site apparently means nowhere to be found. Trying to reach management feels like bothering someone who doesn’t even want to do their job. The decline after the management switch is painfully obvious. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Crazy neglect! Tenants are left to handle everything on their own.
From my understanding, theres a new owner at this site. I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE the on site management at this property is. The "on-site" manager, Yamileth A., is never on site, never answers calls, and when she does — which is extremely rare — she is shockingly rude, dismissive, and hostile.
