I really love my New move to Calabria Apartments it has been a great experience and I’m looking forward to my stay. Nice, clean and spacious with all the Amenities I need!!! Their Management Team is awesome!! Property Manager Mr Jesus kind, friendly and has always been responsive!!! My new place to call home!!!!! Thank you!!!
I reached out several times and was ignored and given the run around for 4 months while the listing is still posted as available. I’m assuming because I mentioned my section 8 voucher, they don’t want to accommodate me for that space. They were not on site when I showed up, and an agent even tried to persuade me to get a different unit in another area I wasn’t interested in. This should be a forewarning for how management operates. Luckily I’ve found a better option.
I don’t recommend living at Calabria Luxury Apartments. The only consistently positive experience I had was with the manager, Jesus, who was kind, responsive, and ultimately allowed us to mutually terminate our lease. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about him. My concerns were with the location, the noise levels, and overall safety of the complex.
