Lived here for almost 6 years and enjoyed it. The manager, Alejandra De La Cruz, was so reasonable to work with since the moment we went to see the apartment. She’s flexible and communicative. Thank you for everything!
We moved into Pinelake terrace a month ago and to be honest, I don’t know if we would’ve ended up here if it wasn’t for Alejandra De La Cruz. She made the process so easy and got everything done in such a timely manner. I can honestly say her customer service and professionalism was the difference maker in our decision. I had a great experience living at Pine Lake Terrace. The manager Alejandra De La Cruz does a great job. She is very responsive and prompt in adressing any issues that arise. Common areas are always kept clean. I highly recommend living here.
I enjoyed living at the Pine Lake Terrace Apartments located at 11750 Euclid St in Garden Grove. The manager Alejandra De La Cruz always took care of our problems right away. She's very friendly and you always feel comfortable having a conversation with her. My daughter really enjoyed the playground. We got a great view of both the playground and pool from our unit, everyone was pretty respectful with noise. Definitely recommend living there.
