The owner of the building refuses to install simple and cheap security cameras, today we had our car broke in parked on the garage (gated garage ) Others residents had the same problem before , also they won’t take responsibility.
Rent increases twice in the past six months despite: Constant thefts ignored by management Shady characters moving in Maintenance standards down the drain, such as pathway and stairway lighting being out for weeks This place is in a great area, but the value for the price is quickly catching up and is no longer a “steal.”
