The Almansor Gardens premises are clean and quiet. Manager Karina always responds promptly to text messages and always follows through on work orders and even had maintenance paint a portion of my patio and put in plants, and so my patio looks real nice and pretty. The maintenance technician Manuel did a nice job of painting, etc. They do a good job at upkeep and fixing things in my apartment. It's a gated community with a clean pool and also close to good restaurants and businesses.
