I wish I could give this property management a zero stars. I have been trying to contact their customer service to get a hold of my ********************** manager for months and they didnt provide the correct information. They transferred and gave me the information for ************ that has been terminated for 6-8 months and wasnt the newest temp that should be on file. Headquarters tried to scam ** out of money on two occasions. During our residence at ****************************, we had to make an emergency move to another unit because waterpipes in the wall had broken. It was brought to the property manager's attention several times but no action was taken until the corner of the roof completely gave in. They failed to return my security deposit. It's been 6 months since I turned the keys in. It was spotless and there was nothing more than normal wear and tear on the apartment. They were very unresponsive and unprofessional when I asked for an explanation. Despite providing evidence that the apartment was in good condition, the business refused to return the security deposit. FUTURE TENANTS BEAWARE!! This business has some shady things going out behind the curtains... An apartment complex was put up on their website and on many other sites as well. I went ahead and applied for the unit, where they charged me and ran my credit... I called the next day and they stated that the unit shouldn't have went up and I shouldn't been charged nor my credit ran, but those happened anyway. This company bought out a complex I lived in for 4yrs. And immediately evicted my family before they even completely took over. Along with every other black family that lived there. The worse management company in Long Beach, CA period. Whoever is working here is obviously neglecting future tenants. I've called multiple times for a whole month to no avail. Not until I got a text finally for the units i was interested in by a man name Manuel. Gave me a tour of the property and the whole time he was on his phone and didn't make eye contact ONCE. Worse property management ever. Drugs and gang activities going on every day. They never answer any complaints. That's why they went through 3 managers already. This management is very neglectful and don't care about the manager on site or the tenants. They let these people run around and do whatever they want. 2 people have already got shot. I've already complained for a straight year about cameras and nothing is being done. There's tagging everywhere. I'm in process of a lawsuit against this property management.
