Beach Front Property Management still has not paid me a $5k small claims court judgement I won in February 2025. This lawsuit was a result of them allowing me to move into an apartment that they knew was uninhabitable (***** infestation), and my full deposit, which they illegally withheld. Ive contacted them multiple times via certified mail, Instagram, Yelp, ****** and ******** and they refuse to respond to me or pay the judgement. Their business practices are completely unethical and have no regard for their fellow humans.

Today is move-in day. ************************************* said she would be here at 8am to hand out keys. At 11:30, she finally answered and said she was coming. It is almost 3pm and she is not here and her phone is going straight to voice mail. We are here with all of our belongings homeless trying to decide if we should pay for a hitel room after paying 1st month and deposit.
