This complaint is regarding Casa Madrid Apartments, ****** *******. I have been a long time tenant at ********************************* where ****** has been the manager. There has been nothing but problems. The first day I was supposed to have moved in she nearly scammed me out of my 3000 by attempting to not allow me to move in. Mind you I had just spoken with her the day prior having a movein date and everything.Pipes are always broken. They constantly have to shut water off to fix broken pipes. Today is move-in day. ************************************* said she would be here at 8am to hand out keys. At 11:30, she finally answered and said she was coming. It is almost 3pm and she is not here and her phone is going straight to voice mail. We are here with all of our belongings homeless trying to decide if we should pay for a hitel room after paying 1st month and deposit.

I'm a employee and was terminated for speaking out regarding residents complaining about their missing checks when they in fact have paid and have proof and still getting evicted. And over 10 residents have been complaining to me about 3000-5000$ the managers promised them if they transferred to another unit to remodel their apartment and after it was done no money was given to the residents and rent jumped 600 $ after. And the ones that would like to keep paying what they pay for their unit they get evicted under the pretex... read more

The worst property management company Ive ever dealt with nothing ever gets done. Nothing gets fixed problems dont get solved and the manager **** and ***** always seem to blame the tenants. If theres a problem in the unit, managers always harassing me wind I ask for maintenance and the, never fix anything properly. I have mold in my unit for months and all they did was paint over it. Theyre greedy, money, hungry and dont care about tenants. I was evicted because a friend of the manager attacked me and they lied and made up ... read more
I wish I could give this property management a zero stars. I have been trying to contact their customer service to get a hold of my ********************** manager for months and they didnt provide the correct information. They transferred and gave me the information for ************ that has been terminated for 6-8 months and wasnt the newest temp that should be on file.
