Front desk staff were very rude and dismissive
I have recently moved here from Canada and have had the same Doctor since I was a baby. Beach Family Doctors is my first American Doctor’s office experience, having gone twice now, I have no complaints. The bad reviews of front desk staff baffle me as they have been nothing but pleasant and efficient. Nurses AnaLisa and Andrea made me feel very comfortable and not nervous. PA JenniLyn is also efficient and gets back to you fast with test results! I am happy I have found this Doctor’s office!
Great news that Dr Julie Bolton is leaving, she is the worst dr that I ever had. I had the worst experience on May 27th 2025, I went to see her because I had to much pain of my liver and she was asking me weird questions like; when did you come to USA? Where did you parents lives? I said Dr i am sorry but I have too much pain can we skip those questions and then she stands up angry and she told me, well, I like to know even the names of my patient's pets, after that I said to my self I will never come back to see again, i de... read more
The doctors are great! But…. The treatment of the front desk staff is lacking in customer service and caring at all. If you can tolerate their rude behavior the doctor’s a fabulous.
Unbelievably ignorant and shamefully rude staff and health providers. Disgusted all around with their claim of “compassionate” healthcare.
