Great news that Dr Julie Bolton is leaving, she is the worst dr that I ever had. I had the worst experience on May 27th 2025, I went to see her because I had to much pain of my liver and she was asking me weird questions like; when did you come to USA? Where did you parents lives? I said Dr i am sorry but I have too much pain can we skip those questions and then she stands up angry and she told me, well, I like to know even the names of my patient's pets, after that I said to my self I will never come back to see again, i de... read more
The doctors are great! But…. The treatment of the front desk staff is lacking in customer service and caring at all. If you can tolerate their rude behavior the doctor’s a fabulous.
Unbelievably ignorant and shamefully rude staff and health providers. Disgusted all around with their claim of “compassionate” healthcare.
Got assigned dr Bolton Julie as pcp since my insurance changed my medical group. Haven’t got a chance to see the doctor yet since it took 30 mins to wait on the phone to schedule appointment, it’s ridiculous when the phone line said the holding time is 1 mins 14s. If you need schedule appointment they should make it easy to schedule online instead of waiting 30 mins on the phone and no one picks up the phone. It’s 2024 not 2012 anymore. It was unfortunate to see so many bad reviews due to customer service because that is why I’m here today I had very unhelpful phone service The receptionist was unhelpful borderline rude borderline unprofessional she had a job to do and she was unwilling to put the work in that my assistance required
