Excellent service start to finish. Would recommend this to any and all. This was trumped by poor customer support yesterday.
Jimmy was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was getting my new glasses.
Sharon McNulty ruined my mom’s experience about a year ago. Not sure if we caught her on a bad week. I was going to let this experience go but she left such a bad impression. Everyone else was so nice in the office till it was time to pay and what not. My parents are senior citizens and the people around them that are trying to help have jobs so therefore she could use an ounce of patience. Very short with us & at one point felt like she did not want to do business w us. Sharon mcnulty needs to go elsewhere!
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service this good. From navigating the online rebate system, to my eye exam, to purchasing glasses in the store—every step was exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to Will L. He went above and beyond to help me secure my rebate for my daughter’s contact lenses. Dr. Le is wonderful! Very thorough, informative, and caring. Will in the contact lens department and Jimmy in the eye glass department were super helpful and friendly!
