I worked with Dr. Le for my vision exam. She was super great! Jimmy helped me get my glasses picked out and fitted. Both were fantastic! They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my glasses were perfect! Thanks guys!
I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Beach Eye Care, Kempsriver Two weeks ago, I was given an exact price for safety glasses by a helpful young lady named Cheena—$247, no guesswork. Today, I called to pay. Instead, the manager, Jimmy, basically told me he didn’t trust Cheena’s judgment and that she must have done something wrong. Instead of honoring the exact price, I was left feeling dismissed and frustrated. This lack of respect for their own staff and for me as a customer left me no confidence in their service.
Great location, nice staff, Dr. Le is phenomenal, but be prepared to wait. An eye appointment shouldn’t take almost 2 hours when it’s a routine check up with no special needs or situations. Hoping what I experienced today is a one off as my normal appointments start on time and last maybe an hour.
I had one of the best experiences today with Dr. Lee and Will my contact lenses tech. They were very friendly and personable and actually made me laugh a little too. They went above their required duties and helped me make the best decision for my eye care. Highly recommend this office.
Excellent service start to finish. Would recommend this to any and all. This was trumped by poor customer support yesterday.
