The staff here is so kind!
No different than every other place. They all think their time is more valuable than yours. I scheduled an appointment early in the morning, and here they are doing their Chick-fil-A orders and every other!thing instead of taking care of business. Wouldn't expect less. Not interested in how busy you are. Waste someone elses time. Promise they will. You can put $50 on my account for wasting my time. You want to charge $50 if they waste yours. Y'all are sad.
I have never had a better experience with a doctor than what I had with Dr. Le today. First of all, the practice fit me in within two hours of my call on an emergency basis. Second, the staff was friendly, competent, and very patient. However, I have to say that the care that I received from Dr. Le was absolutely outstanding. June 3, 2026 I came in for a 3pm appt to troubleshoot my Meta Frames not pairing. I was greeted by the receptionist with orange hair at Beach Eye Care, Kemps River telling me I had a balance of $100 for a medical claim. I said ok, but asked to see the invoice or any sort of billing documentation. I sat and waited. After she assisted another customer, I asked her was there any luck with the invoice. Dr. ALVAREZ, was the best! He was very patient with me and explaining everything regarding my cataract condition and the lasik surgery process that he did for both of my eyes was perfect! I highly recommend Dr. ALVAREZ and all the staff at Beach Eye Care are very friendly, helpful and approachable.
