not happy . had something broken and all they said was do you have video? no accountability. they said they trust the word of the tech over the customer.............not saying customers dont lie but it seemed like no one wanted to deal with it. ill take the loss at the cost of telling everyone I know to use a DIFFERENT company.
I couldn’t be happier with this company. Zack came out and he was extremely knowledgeable, detailed & professional and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend this company enough. Truly outstanding service!!
Beach Environmental took over from Pest Tech and is subpar from other companies we have used. The customer service reps are rude and not helpful in any situation. I used a different company today and got great service and helpful representatives. They want your money and do not care about giving good service.
Beach environmental did an amazing job. I had to move in by a certain date and needed them to tent the house before and they were able to squeeze me in. Dana was amazing and very accommodating. Amazing customer service. She explained the whole process, and answered all my questions. The installers came in and out. I highly recommend this company.
