Beach Environmental took over from Pest Tech and is subpar from other companies we have used. The customer service reps are rude and not helpful in any situation. I used a different company today and got great service and helpful representatives. They want your money and do not care about giving good service.
Beach environmental did an amazing job. I had to move in by a certain date and needed them to tent the house before and they were able to squeeze me in. Dana was amazing and very accommodating. Amazing customer service. She explained the whole process, and answered all my questions. The installers came in and out. I highly recommend this company.

After two companies spent almost a year trying to solve a recurring problem in our house, Beach Environmental came in, devised a plan and solved the issue in three weeks. They’re also very responsive if we have an emergency….and nice people to deal with. I’ve already recommended them to friends.
