Took my money ($8000). Completed about two thirds of the necessary work And disappeared closed office and locked without any forwarding info. It cost me an additional $5200 and additional pain to have dr whelan’s redone due to his shabby work I tried to contact him to no avail This man is a thief par excellence Keep away from him Gordon G (Laguna woods)
This office is a FRAUD. Dr Whelan's license is revoked. This office is under investigation. They take people's money and they lie. Be careful. They are crooks.
the staff here commit contract fraud bait and switch and a few other problems. dr. Kenneth Whelan has injured me and from these injuries I received other injuries. he has refused to contact me at all never even once called to see if I needed anything or how my infection was doing that he caused or the nerve damage that he caused and now he wants to arbitrate with me even though he's breached the contract that was signed under false pretenses. if I were you I would run as far and fast as you can before you end up like me or w... read more

Unfortunately a few situations occurred with Dr. Whelan and I am no longer comfortable having him as my dentist. I stopped receiving paperwork with financial details and a dental plan as I had back in 2017. I paid for a partial denture, which I kept asking when was I getting it......and I never did. It took me over a year of asking for the money back, to finally get the money reapplied to other dental work. I don't believe there's any excuse for it to be so difficult to give a patient what they paid for or a refund/ credit. ... read more
Dr Kenneth Whelan is one of the most talented men in the Dental industry. I look forward to seeing him. I feel a most specially talented doctor is caring for me. He has a Great gift not just as doctor but how he treats people and makes them feel. This includes the entire office team who brings a smile with them every time I see them.
