I love the staff. I never have much of a wait time, and everyone is very friendly.
The Dental office mixed up sending a confirmation Voicemail to different phones numbers. My daughter has a cracked tooth and needs to get in. The office staff tranposed out numbers, sent out the confirmation vm reminder, it is her phone, our names are similar and thought it was her appointment. They even read me the wrong numbers and I corrected them. They can not see my daughter today, but will still charge me the missed visit fee. Obvisouly changing dentist.
