Several years ago, Dave from Beach Cities took the time to do an onsite inspection for deck repair that was being done improperly by another contractor. He advised us on how to rectify a bad situation, what materials to use and really helped bail us out of a bad situation. Wish we had used Beach Cities first !
We had an issue with an old building in Kearny Mesa that everyone had failed at . Dave and his team came and handled like true professionals . He didn’t try to cut corners like the other outfit did . He did exactly what it needed and used no excuse that it was just an old building . He also came out to my residence and took care of a leaking issue on the side of our house . What can I say, Dave and his team are fantastic, reliable, on time, and do an amazing job. This is the second time using them and like always they did a great job. This job was for waterproofing my pool deck. Dave came out gave me a great price. Work was completed within two days from start to finish. Will definitely use them again and again.
