The rating Im giving is due to what one would call “faulty product “, because the young lady who checked me in was awesome. She was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Im on vacation from NC & I was not able to get by my regular tanning salon for my usual spray tan so I decided to take a chance & get one where we are vacationing. Im not new to spray tanning as i get them on a regular year round. I spent $58 on a rapid & I still waited 5 hours before showering & it looks like crap. I am a new client. I had the pleasure of being helped by Taylor. She is absolutely adorable!! She was the only there. She was working very hard, and still provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back. Thanks Taylor for a great first experience.

I had a few issues concerning the beds and the salon needing upgrades and I'm excited to say that after speaking with the GM that they are under new ownership and renovations new beds new bulbs are getting ready to be done within the next month or so. It truly meant a lot for this gentleman to call me and tell me how he apologized for previous management or ownership and that they were on top of it and they will be making this into a great tanning place again. The girls working here were very friendly and helpful! Definitely impressed with the spray tan as well, even though maybe it was on the pricier side I feel like I got what I paid for !
