Awesome people.... went out of their way to help us pick out the perfect bike.
Mike was wonderful and VERY patient. He helped me with every aspect of my new bike riding equipment. I hadn't been on a bike since I was a kid so he was just what i needed! I am a very happy camper!

My son had a job shadow school assignment. The Bike Beach Shop was gracious enough to allow my son to spend some time with them during business hours. He called half way through the day and asked if he could stay till closing. When we arrived to pick him up he couldn't wipe the smile off his face. They let him ride his dream bike and dressed him up in new BBS gear. I can only imagine how well they treat their customers.
This shop is great. I went in today looking to by my first road bike. It's pretty overwhelming but I was put at ease from the get go. They made sure to explain things and answer the question I had. Needless to say I was set up and ready to ride when I left. They hooked my wife up with the perfect bike as well. They really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the setup of the bike before I left the store. They even put me on trainer and gave me some pointers. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Thank you for saving our sons birthday! Our son is autistic all he wanted was a 3 wheel bike! We had a mishap with his new bike. They fixed it & he was able to have it for his birthday!! Thank you.
