We purchased two Tuesday cruiser bikes, two baskets & two locks yesterday and the customer service was outstanding. Their knowledge of all things bikes, friendliness and help in loading our bikes went above and beyond. When we got home, we noticed that a hand grip was missing from one of the baskets. We returned today and they resolved this with no problem ~ an apology & a smile. Mike Miller, the manager, was especially helpful and manages an excellent crew! Thank you all! Easy to work with. We drove down from North Myrtle Beach and I am GLAD we did.
I dropped my cannondale off to get a spa treatment before i head out for a long ride. They were great! My bike was ready in 24 hours and the customer service was great. I will definitely go back in the future.
Great customer service!! I recently purchased a mountian bike from here and have had 2 very minor malfuctions with the bike which they fixed immediately. Its nice to see a local business that actually cares about there customers. Have nothing but good things to say about them since the first time i walked into the shop and had some questions about mountian bikes. Best bike shop by far on the grand strand!
I bought my Ruby from here last week...they were awesome people! Got me and my Ruby all set up...prices were great and they even invited me to join their biking groups; both the shop's and the Ladie's group. These people are not just about selling bike's, they're about you and your specific needs. I won't be going anywhere else.
