Been a long time since I've been to a bike shop with this kind of customer service. Instead of the typical "leave it and we'll get to it in a couple of days" I'm used to in the Charlotte area....it was "let's get your mountain bike going so you can go ride today!" AWESOME service

I bought my first road bike here over the summer. The staff is amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. They go out of their way to answer questions and never make you feel rushed. It’s hard to find a business these days that truly care about earning the customer’s business and building loyalty. I won’t go anywhere else.
Great bike shop with a wide selection of bikes.
Went into the store on July 21, 2018. The staff was awesome. Fitted me for my new Specialized Allez and made sure I was up to par with the greatest and newest technology as well as knowledge of biking. Being this would be my first road bike and all. Could have not asked for better service. Would give them 10 stars if possible.
Such nice people with GREAT customer service. They were sold out of something I needed, but they cared enough to find a great solution for me and were able to get me back on my bike!
