As a retired General Manager of 34 years in the business, I will simply say this, if you choose to shop there, be very cautious of the anything and everything they say or present to you as fact or numbers and pricing. My wife bought her 2025 Blazer there the other day and all I will say is this. Not a single employee there would have ever worked for me because I required for my staff to honest.
As a Benz owner, i am very upset over the treatment i received on my last visit. Tests performed were incorrect. Ordered parts not needed. Their total car inspection did not include electrical checks which later proved to be a battery problem. Would not consider a refund for incorrect diagnosis. They turned and walked away when i mentioned contacting the BBB. Now i understand why. They don't belong to the BBB! They are free and clear of customer complaints. I would not even consider a half star!
