As a retired General Manager of 34 years in the business, I will simply say this, if you choose to shop there, be very cautious of the anything and everything they say or present to you as fact or numbers and pricing. My wife bought her 2025 Blazer there the other day and all I will say is this. Not a single employee there would have ever worked for me because I required for my staff to honest.
No one truly cares about ********** Company's Reputation at Beach Ford. Overpriced which is why this dealer never gets my money... and the service I have come to find, is a joke. They made multiple false judgments /diagnosis on my car that has 69k miles and had to be towed to them over and over again for a non start issue. Bought a vehicle here. Had concerns about the steering stabilizer. I was told by the sales man and sales manager it was the road. The service manager said he had it replaced already. I did look under it and told them it did not look new. Asked them to put something in the paperwork if it turned out to be the stabilizer they would take care of it. They refused. I’ve had it two weeks and it’s in the shop for a new stabilizer, plus breaks, plus computer needed to be flashed cause the transmission was not working properly. Spoke... read more

I am from WV and wrecked in Myrtle Beach. The original tow company said it needed a new tire and rim. No body damage. Then they said they didn’t do insurance work. So it was towed to Beach. When the original company looked at my car they said a plate underneath it needed bolted back into place. Suddenly it needed two new tires and rims. this place is the biggest scam artists. not only do they falsely advertise prices of their vehicles on their website and try to charge you a extra 5,000 dollars in ** fees but try to justify it by saying lack of inventory, even though as soon as you walk on their lot they brag about how they have the most new inventory in the area. it should be illegal to take advantage of people like that. we all know they are making their money back even if they didn't add those ** fees. cars are already over price as it is and now you add... read more
