The staff here are incredible and I cannot say thank you enough, especially Dr. Castro. Our baby girl Haven was so well taken care of here. They always made sure she was comfortable and loved, and we always felt confident we were making the right choices for her quality of life. Haven passed away in April and I was heartbroken for a while, which is why I am only leaving this review now. But this vet truly deserves all the kind words in the world. Wonderful experience, thus far. Far better than my most recent experiences elsewhere. Their hours are 12pm to 10pm every day. A caring, kind, human being answers the phone and hold time is brief. Educated and caring staff. My Vet is Dr. Castro who is TOP NOTCH. I highly recommend their care.
The first 2 videos explain the dangers of this particular shot given to dogs for pain. The next two videos are my dog just prior to taking the shot he did not need. I was hesitant but I let the vet talk me into it. The next 3 videos are my dog 3 weeks after the shot was given to him. And they told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to see results. Ive been to so many Vets in this area and not one of them offer the care, kindness and quality of these people. Increably nice staff, and incrediably nice doctor. My only regret is that I did not come here sooner. If I had of, dog keisha would have recieved better care and treatment than she recieved from the other vets I took her to. and would have lived a better quality of life and possably a longer one. Had a emergency where a fox tail was stuck way inside my dogs ear and they where one of the few place open near me and they where able to sedate her and get it out of her ear very quickly and of course vet bill can be expensive although as far as my experience with veterinary very reasonable and was just very glad that they where able to perform the procedure very well and they where all very nice and caring people and honestly was so glad they were able to get it out they showed me what they found in her ear and sent me hom... read more
