Ive been to so many Vets in this area and not one of them offer the care, kindness and quality of these people. Increably nice staff, and incrediably nice doctor. My only regret is that I did not come here sooner. If I had of, dog keisha would have recieved better care and treatment than she recieved from the other vets I took her to. and would have lived a better quality of life and possably a longer one. Had a emergency where a fox tail was stuck way inside my dogs ear and they where one of the few place open near me and they where able to sedate her and get it out of her ear very quickly and of course vet bill can be expensive although as far as my experience with veterinary very reasonable and was just very glad that they where able to perform the procedure very well and they where all very nice and caring people and honestly was so glad they were able to get it out they showed me what they found in her ear and sent me hom... read more
I've been to a few vets in Huntington Beach, and this place far exceeded all expectations. The office is clean, organized, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire process much less stressful. Dr. Babcock is compassionate and calm, which really put me at ease. Everything was clearly explained, and I truly felt like they care for their patients as if they were their own. I absolutely love this place, everyone that works here goes above and beyond and you can tell they really love animals i took my older persian Frankie here up until she passed away i really respected their honesty in letting us know it was her time to go and not put her through a ton of expensive surgeries that would ultimately still leave her in pain we did her cremation through them as well her ashes were delivered to our door by a very sweet person we opted for a clay pawprint too (they also let us bring an inkpad and not... read more
I called about the fact that my dogs are eating chocolate. They answer with details and text me the 24 hrs emergency hospitals. They are just so compassionate and patient. I am so impressed and thankful.
