I dropped in here and had a fantastic crossfit class with coach Irene. Facility - the location is right downtown. it is very clean (i heard they machine clean it everyday) and the place had a shine. doesnt matter if youre doing body building, power lifting or crossfit, this place has everything you need to get you where you want to go.
