I started bringing my newborn daughter here to see Dr. Lyle. And she was amazing! I have no complaints about her however she did leave the practice, and since leaving the practice things have changed drastically. I will say front desk is always very kind and communicable, however, my daughter started seeing Dr. Schiffer, and if I could take a guess I would say they are completely over booking her with patients. Dr. Shiffler is the best PCP I have ever had. She takes the time to truly listen and collaborates with you as a partner in your health, rather than just dictating treatment. I trust her completely. Additionally, Tony is absolutely amazing! Thank you both for the exceptional care and dedication you show to your patients.
Dr. Shiffler is a godsend to my life. She helped me regulate my hormones and has kept a very close eye on my labs to ensure that I stay healthy. Her office staff is quick to reply to texts, emails, and phone calls. I truly love her!
Dr. Shiffler is exemplary in her care and compassion. She patiently listened to my symptoms and concerns.
