We engaged this practice expecting concierge-level care for our 79-year-old mother during an acute and vulnerable period. My 95 year old mom is a pandemic refugee from New Jersey and finding a doctor was a big concern for her - and the virus made that all the more concerning! Caring for my 94-year-old mom during this COVID pandemic has been a challenge to say the least. Dr. Mark Carlson and his team at Be Well MD have been my lifeline. They provide support on a 24/7 basis and rejoice with me when my mom's health concerns (that seem to pop up more frequently now) are resolved. They are knowledgeable individuals who genuinely care about older adults and elders. A perfect combination for me!
As my mother's health started to decline, a conventional physician's office was no longer working for us. Urgent matters tend to happen outside of office hours, which led to many emergency room visits. Be Well MD was our lifeline.
