Terrible , terrible experience with waxing. The technician had no clue of what she was doing, kept applying lumps of wax and then taking it off was very painful. Haphazard work, the end result was not effective with lots of residual hair and a very painful experience. I repeatedly told her the wax was cold but she wouldn’t listen, had no idea when to change the strip, which direction to pull in. Overall, would not at all recommend for waxing. Waste of time and money

The website listed the Deluxe pedicure at $55, but I was charged $70 at checkout. The technician was great, but the store itself feels a bit outdated and the overall experience was just average. It would be helpful to make sure the pricing on the menu and website is clearly stated to avoid confusion in the future.

I got my nails and brows done and they look so good I’ve never gotten my brows done and was nervous I would not like them but she cleaned them up amazing! I am 100% coming back for brows and nails. And it was only 80$ for both together. Service was amazing such a sweet staff.
