I walked in there once and the woman had a customer in the pedicure chair and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at someone on the phone in her foreign language. I waited for a moment to be acknowledged and then I turned and ran from the establishment.

Upon arrival, I found only one staff member, an older man, who claimed to do nails. Despite my hesitation, he assured me he was capable. In less than 30 minutes, he rushed through the procedure. I didn't even witness him using soap, despite his assurance when I questioned him. All he did was trim my nails and lightly scrub my dry feet. It was a waste of $30 and my time. Absolutely do not waste your time and money going to this salon. I was skeptical at first because I had an appointment with another nail salon that canceled and I happened to park in front of Be Thi. They guy assured me he had over 31 years of experience as he could see I wasn’t sure about getting the service once I stepped inside the nail salon. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
