The worst manicure I’ve ever had. I paid $58, the beauty therapist (think her name was Ashley) was so unhelpful and did not listen to what I wanted at all. My nails were bumpy, uneven, the gel on my fingers was messy and looked as if a child had done them. The whole thing was rushed and when I politely asked for her to even them out a bit, she was rude and off hand in response - terrible customer service. Ashley C was incredibly helpful and accommodating, fitting us in for our flight. The pedicure was relaxing, and she did an excellent job
This was my first time using the Be Relax spa at the PHL airport, Cheyanne was amazing. I had a knot in my neck and she worked through it during the session. Very relaxing and felt so much better afterwards. Definitely will be stopping by again on my next trip to PHL.
