Normally, I would rate this location a 5-Star. Friendly staff, great service. However, arriving hours early so I could get a massage before a red-eye, discover they have closed two hours early. Not the first time, either. Management needs to staff.up or shut the location down. At least change the hours to 12 Noon to 3 PM. Hopefully the staff who was working did not need to leave due to an emergency - if so, I hope everything works out well for them. Still, Mgmt needs to come in and cover. After a long work trip and 12+ hour delay, getting a chair massage was wonderful. I didn’t get his name, but I enjoyed the back massage from the masseuse. Thank you!
