Got a massage around 4 PM. Asked how long a wait it would be for a pedicure - was told another nail tech comes in at 5 PM. Got the alert text message around 5:30 PM saying that it was my turn. First I was told that I was marked absent as a “no show” Then when I explained to them I was already there they acted like they understood. What an experience...... I do not recommend anyone stopping at this location. After a 6 hr flight, my husband and I decided to get a a massage. The lady did not a clue of what she was doing, plus kept asking personal questions. Customers came in and I never got a full service, but yet had to pay. My husband left feeling like he got assaulted (I suggest management watching the surveillance camaras 3/15 @ around 8-9pm) Bottom line unprofessional and terrible service.
After flying and staying in hotels my back and neck get very tense. Valerie at Be Relax (San Diego terminal 2) took care of my neck and loosened up a lot of knots I had in both my back and neck. My neck is moving so much more freely after the 30 minute massage I received there. I know I’ll sleep better tonight, thanks so much Valerie!
