Stephen was so great to work with! We were brand new to the home buying process, but Stephen answered ALL of my many questions. He was also so responsive, even over the busy holiday season. Stephen was so thorough and at the ready to help out. He was also very knowledgeable and made many great recommendations to other great companies (inspection, lender, etc) which was very helpful considering we didn’t have any connections in those fields. Thank you Be Realty for helping us to find and purchase our first home!
Lynn was awesome throughout the entire process. Very patient and gave good advice, walked us through each step as we were first time home buyers. We had an issue with our water heater at closing, and whole the seller's lawyers was trying to be sneaky and reassure us we have a warranty, Lynn pointed out to her that the warranty does not cover known issues Very knowledgeable and on our side through the whole thing! :D
Andrew was wonderful to work with through the entire process of preparing our home to sell through moving day. He is super knowledgable about the market. Once he gets a sense of your needs, he only shows you listings that are a good match. Andrew is patient and never pushy. We highly recommend him!
Be Realty was wonderful - they really helped us with the home purchasing process and were excellent with our home listing. They worked very diligently and hard to get our home sold and were always available to answer questions and meet our requests. The team aspect is very nice because someone is always available to help when you need it. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend them hands down.
Stephen E. Johnson is AWESOME! Super responsive, on the ball, and did not hesitate to go above and beyond his call of duty. Plus, he's a straight shooter -- he'll tell it like it is, and he's always right! It was wonderful to be in such competent and caring hands. I worked with him to rent out my Chicago condo, where managing all the complexities of closing out one tenant and installing a new one are immense. I cannot recommend him and his awesomeness enough!
