Been a regular here for years and today reminded me why I keep second-guessing that decision. I came in for my first mani/pedi in several months and was treated pretty terribly by Elena, the owner. I sat down for my pedicure and the chair was broken. When I politely asked if someone could help me fix it, I was met with annoyance and rudeness from Elena, who audibly sighed and made comments under her breath when she got up from her seat to assist. I found this place once the nail place I wanted to go originally was booked and I’m telling you this place is amazing. I will definitely be returning every single time the Lady soon as you enter on the left, she does my nails and it’s perfect like this place is amazing. It will definitely be seeing me every month.
I really enjoyed my time here. I made an appointment with Elena. Excellent person she did dip manicure. I believe she did an excellent job on my nails. Exactly what I expected from the last time that I went there that she did a great job too. I definitely will be going back. And recommend to all the people out there that's looking for a good manicure. Next time I'm thinking to do a pedicure. I'll tell you later how it goes. Absolutely love this spot! The vibe is relaxing, I’ve been here a few times and they never disappointed me. Jenny is always very friendly and patient. Accommodates my requests as much as possible. and my nails always turn out so cute.
I’ve been coming to this business for years and am a loyal customer, but it’s disappointing that customer service and appointment management are still an issue. Today I waited almost 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no communication. No call to let me know they were running behind, I wasn’t informed of how long the wait would be, and I wasn’t offered a formal apology.
