got my nails done not longer than 24 hours ago, spent 3 hours at the salon and paid more than $140 and half of my nail gems have fallen off and the glue is visible. all they can offer me is to drive back 40 minutes to get them fixed. will never return!

BEWARE!! The worst experience ever! Do not go to this place I repeat..my nail chipped the next day and they refused me service while being extremely rude and the main lady who speaks English (who refused to give me her name maybe the owner Eva) hung up on me multiple times and said I was never in their system. I really enjoyed my time here. I made an appointment with Norma. Excellent person she did dip manicure. I believe she did an excellent job on my nails. Exactly what I expected from the last time that I went there that she did a great job too. I definitely will be going back. And recommend to all the people out there that's looking for a good manicure. Next time I'm thinking to do a pedicure. I'll tell you later how it goes. I am furious to say the least!!! Just got my nails done in this place today. Made an appointment over the phone with Elena @ 11:15 am. Arrived at 11:10 am and the young lady at the front desk said she would let her know I was there. A few minutes later another woman showed up that had an appointment same time as me with Elena.
