I really enjoyed my time here. I made an appointment with Elena. Excellent person she did dip manicure. I believe she did an excellent job on my nails. Exactly what I expected from the last time that I went there that she did a great job too. I definitely will be going back. And recommend to all the people out there that's looking for a good manicure. Next time I'm thinking to do a pedicure. I'll tell you later how it goes. Absolutely love this spot! The vibe is relaxing, I’ve been here a few times and they never disappointed me. Jenny is always very friendly and patient. Accommodates my requests as much as possible. and my nails always turn out so cute.
I’ve been coming to this business for years and am a loyal customer, but it’s disappointing that customer service and appointment management are still an issue. Today I waited almost 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no communication. No call to let me know they were running behind, I wasn’t informed of how long the wait would be, and I wasn’t offered a formal apology. I am furious to say the least!!! Just got my nails done in this place today. Made an appointment over the phone with Elena @ 11:15 am. Arrived at 11:10 am and the young lady at the front desk said she would let her know I was there. A few minutes later another woman showed up that had an appointment same time as me with Elena.
