I am writing this review with a lot of disappointment because I have been a loyal customer of this salon for almost three years. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting the salon, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was the final straw. My nail technician was Jean, and when I first started going to her, I was very happy with my services. However, over time, I began noticing several red flags. If I could give Be One Nails & Spa a million stars, I would. Jess, the owner is wonderful. Steven is my favorite nail tech in the whole salon. He does a gorgeous job and is so meticulous with each nail. My manicures always look perfect!
