If I could give Be One Nails & Spa a million stars, I would. Jess, the owner is wonderful. Steven is my favorite nail tech in the whole salon. He does a gorgeous job and is so meticulous with each nail. My manicures always look perfect!
A week ago I visited this salon for the first time and overall had a good experience. The nails themselves came out good, some parts looked a little rushed, but I still left happy enough to recommend the salon to my mom. Unfortunately, her experience was completely different. My mom does not speak much English, and from the moment she sat down, the staff member assigned to her was rude and dismissive. The owner and staff is very nice but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with my nail tech. I got powder gel with tips. Linda was pretty rough and I have multiple cuts around my nails. The tip that was placed on my thumb wasn’t placed right so there was a gap between my actual nail and the tip and it broke the next day. I paid $55 so it’s unfortunate that my nails didn’t even last.
