I’ve purchased one of your covers through Bradford Spa. The cover has become so water logged that I can’t even lift it. You first tried to resolve the issue by sending new screws and hinges because the thing fell apart. That didn’t work and we contacted Bradford Spa again. They said they reached out to you as the cover was under warranty, but you told them you weren’t replacing it. They said we would have to buy the discontinued model for $2500. Had a great experience getting a new spa cover from Be-Lite. Staff was responsive and professional, and I’m happy with the cover. Pricing was definitely reasonable too.
I don't generally write bad reviews, but for Be Lite Spa covers I am making an exception. This used to be a good company; we bought a spa cover from them that lasted almost 14 years, with gasket and hinge replacments that I was able to buy from them.
