I don't generally write bad reviews, but for Be Lite Spa covers I am making an exception. This used to be a good company; we bought a spa cover from them that lasted almost 14 years, with gasket and hinge replacments that I was able to buy from them. Eventually, though, paint was flaking off and I bought a second one a little more than a year ago. A major mistake. This one was a piece of junk, and was waterlogged after then first 8 months. Bought a Be-Lite cover for my parents hot tub after I saw pictures! I love how modern it looks. The ordering process was also very easy!

Possibly a fake company. Or just the most mismanaged organization I’ve ever even heard of. DO NOT USE! You have been warned! Was trying to order 5 hot tub covers. Which seems like a bigger order for them. Jose who is supposed to deal with the orders was never in the office when I called. Never called back. Started by us being told what form to fill out with the correct measurements. Sent those in. Then changed his mind to have us make templates. Time consuming and cost of materials.
